Insulation nail is a special engineering plastic expansion nail that fixes the insulation board to the wall. The heat preservation nail consists of three parts: one is a sleeve made of nylon; the other is a galvanized steel screw in the sleeve; the third is a nylon disc in front of the sleeve (to cover the insulation board). Its length varies according to the thickness of the insulation board.

It is widely used in building decoration and anchoring of wall insulation houses. It has the characteristics of anti-aging, resistance to sudden temperature changes, anti-corrosion, cold and heat resistance; high bearing capacity, high pressure bearing, good tensile performance; not easy to deform after loading, moisture resistance, vibration reduction, and good thermal insulation. The installation is simple and does not require special installation tools. Galvanized screws solve the corrosion problem very well, have good durability, and the nylon material has low heat transfer performance, and there is no cold bridge in winter, which is efficient and energy-saving. According to the wall material and the anchored external wall material, it can be roughly divided into solid wall insulation nails, hollow brick special insulation nails, steel mesh special insulation nails and large mold built-in.

According to JG/T366-2012 standard;
Percussion anchor: an anchor that strikes an expansion joint or expansion sleeve to squeeze the wall of the borehole to generate expansion force.
Claim:
1. The nominal diameter of the disc of the disc anchor shall not be less than 60mm, with a tolerance of 1.0mm. The nominal diameter of the expansion sleeve shall not be less than 8mm, and the tolerance shall be ±0.5mm.
2. The standard value of anchor bolt tensile bearing capacity: the standard value of anchor bolt tensile bearing capacity Fk≥0.60
3. The standard value of the tensile strength of the anchor bolt disc: the standard value of the tensile strength of the disc Frk≥0.50
